The International Society for Self and Identity (ISSI) presents its 5th preconference to an EASP General Meeting, held on June 30th 2023. Self and identity are classic and central concepts in basic social psychology and they both have far-reaching behavioural consequences, including behaviours of utmost social relevance today such as substance use and environmentalism.
Invited Talks
This preconference contains 7 invited talks on a broad range of topics, all from a self and/or identity perspective. Topics include identity integration, moral identity, narcissism, pro-environmental identity, and self-regulation. Please find the names of the speakers below in a table that describes the schedule of the preconference.
Poster Session – Please Apply!
The preconference will include a poster session (see schedule below).
Lightning Talks
From all poster applications, we will select three to be presented as a Lightning Talk (5min talk) at the preconference. Selection will be based on the posters’ scientific quality, judged on the basis of the submitted abstract (poster presenters are free, of course, to decline invitations to give a Lightning Talk).
